1. Welcome & Introduction (5 min)

2. What is Sublimation? (10 min)

Definition: process of turning solid dye into gas with heat and pressure.

Key difference from other printing methods (vinyl, screen printing, DTF).

Applications in textiles, hard goods, and promotional products.
3. Equipment Needed (10 min)

Printers (Epson converted vs. Epson F-series).

Sublimation inks.

Heat presses (flat press, mug press, tumbler press, ovens).

Accessories (heat tape, butcher paper, wraps).
4. Blanks & Materials (5 min)

Explanation of sublimation-ready blanks (polyester, polymer-coated).

Popular items: mugs, shirts, bottles, puzzles, keychains.

What does not work (cotton, uncoated ceramics, etc.).
5. Basic Workflow (10 min)

Step 1: Design (software like Canva, Photoshop, Corel).

Step 2: Printing (mirror image, ICC profiles, paper settings).

Step 3: Pressing (time, temperature, pressure basics).
